”’Arshad Adnan Rony”’ ({{Lang-bn|আরশাদ আদনান রনি }}), Mohammad Arshad Adnan was born on 3rd June 1975. Father His Excellency Honorable President of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh Mr. Shahabuddin and Mother ex Government Officer Dr. Rabeka Sultana. Adnan passed his Secondary School Certificate from Wills Little Flower and obtained his Higher Secondary Certificate from Dhaka College in 1992.
He graduated from the Department of Management of Dhaka University and obtained an MBA from Hammersmith College, an associated College of the University of Westminster, London.
Mr. Adnan was actively associated with Student politics while studying at Dhaka College and Dhaka University and was an active member of the Bangladesh Students League. He is also associated with a Political awareness-building organization named Amra Kajan Mujib Sena.
He started his professional career as a Banker and worked with the National Bank of Pakistan and Prime Bank Limited. He left his banking career in 2017 while he was Assistant Vice President and Branch Head of the Tejgaon Corporate Branch of Prime Bank Limited.
Mr. Adanan has a keen interest in Film and Media and produced a substantial number of Films and TV Drama. He owns and leads a successful production house named ‘Versatile Media’. The most commercially successful film in the Bangladesh Film Industry ‘Priyotoma’ was released in 2023 under his leadership.
Mr. Adnan also has a keen interest in sports. He was a registered Cricket player of the Bangladesh Cricket Control Board in 1993. He was the manager of the Pabna Jila Cricket Team in 2017 and the Team won the National Championship that year.
