”’করবা চৌথ”’ হলো [[আশ্বিন|আশ্বিন]] মাসে [[পূর্ণিমা|পূর্ণিমার]] পরে চতুর্থ দিনে উত্তর ও পশ্চিম ভারতের [[হিন্দু]] মহিলাদের দ্বারা পালিত একটি উৎসব । অনেক হিন্দু উৎসবের মতো করবা চৌথ [[চন্দ্র-সৌর পঞ্জিকা]]র উপর ভিত্তি করে তৈরি করা হয় যা সমস্ত জ্যোতির্বিজ্ঞানের অবস্থান। বিশেষ করে চাঁদের অবস্থান যা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তারিখ গণনা করার জন্য চিহ্নিতকারী হিসাবে ব্যবহৃত হয়। উৎসবটি [[পূর্ণিমা]]র পর চতুর্থ দিনে করা হয়।
